Actually, I think Douglas was one of the dissenting opinions in Miller v. California in that he believed such a case was not an appropriate issue for the Supreme Court to decide.
Of course, Douglas was also the Justice known for hiring two secretaries and only one law clerk while the other 8 justices traditionally had one secretary and 2 law clerks so, I doubt the issue of the case offended any of Douglas's prurient interests. 😆
