. I have around 4000 TT with 3500 of that 121 FO time at ExpressJet. I'm barely a lineholder in Chicago (where I live) and I want to get out of the regionals and into a major ASAP (don't we all). I have a lot going for me in terms of extracurriculars, perfect training record, no traffic tickets, etc. Really the only black mark is a denied medical and this extended leave which is now a non-issue. So here's the question:Do I return to training at ExpressJet? Do I jump for another regional with a flowthrough/hiring bonus/etc. Or are there some intermediate places I should be looking that might not care so much about currency and recent flying time?
