The Q & A to Envoy employees indicates (at least for them), it's based on individual earnings, so one would
assume the same would apply here.
I'm not going to complain about more money per se, but clearly this is a low-ball solution in the hope of rallying the troops to produce a Delta product for 25 cents on the dollar. Considering the plethora of other areas we are grossly substandard to Delta, I'm not impressed.
To truly solve the culture situation here, Parker needs to walk the walk and not apply inexpensive band-aid's in the hope of continuing to kick-the-can. No one here sees a dime anyway until a year from now and contractually, it will be section 6 before he can supposedly deliver on the "highest pay rates". This is NOT a true U-turn in culture change, if you ask me. YMMV.
