I find it a little bit odd why some regionals can welcome applicants (Air Wis, Envoy, others) with slightly less than (or close to) the 1500 hrs mark while others (skywest, endeavor, others) want the full 1500.

What gives (if anything)?

Personally like most other long-term cfi's i'm close hours wise but kinda far off on the XC number (which is hard to get.) If there's "give" on the top line # how much "give" is there on this?
