I have a CJO at one of the companies that requires 750TT. I'm pretty sure you need more than 750 even on a restricted ATP. If you're under 750 now it's highly unlikely, but not impossible to get enough hours and training to take ATP ride before 7/31. I agree, taking written a second time would suck...
