Is a first class medical required for Delta? A fellow pilot attended WIA and got an email from Delta saying that the date for their first class medical was wrong. Problem is that it was a second class medical so it would be good for a year vs six months. Do you need a first class medical to have your application reviewed?
It's 6 months if you're over 40. Just wanted to make sure that is understood because there is bad gouge out there about not letting the first class expiration get within 6 months. Disregard if that is not the case but I didn't see age referenced in the question.
