Sure, it's a strategic move. So what? Analyze away. End result is that we increase our earnings, albeit not as lucratively as our brethren. But it's a start.

Agree 100% with this. This is a big morale booster for everyone. Mainly the frontline employees like gate agents and flight attendants. People will go an extra mile and customers will notice. Good move on management and hopefully this will lead to even bigger profits. I believe in this management. It will take a few years, but we'll be closing the gap on Delta soon.
