Maybe the koolaid ODs are the reason so many people are calling in sick and then getting told they need to visit the chief pilots to discuss responsibilities. Lots of future major airline denials due to all these letters in the pilot files.
This is by far the dumbest thing I've read in here in quite some time... I had to call out sick A LOT during the first part of this year. Eventually I received an email that said I should contact my chief pilot about it, which I did. He said they just wanted to make sure that people calling out sick on a frequent basis are ok, and if they need assistance of any kind. After we talked about my situation for 20 secs, he said no problem, get better and don't worry about it.
There are genuine things we need to work on here, but it really doesn't help when people like you are claiming weird things that aren't even remotely true.
