He said they just wanted to make sure that people calling out sick on a frequent basis are ok, and if they need assistance of any kind. After we talked about my situation for 20 secs, he said no problem, get better and don't worry about it.

There are genuine things we need to work on here, but it really doesn't help when people like you are claiming weird things that aren't even remotely true.
