Yes, I know this is just a gross salary graph, but you might want to consider the "bonus-factor" for each airline. Example- Endeavor pays $23k for 3 years(I think). That's $69k out of your $158k. That's 44% of your salary due to bonuses... So your take-home before normal taxes is really only around ~$125k. Granted, Endeavor still comes out on top, but just something to consider.

This is completely wrong. Any bonus is
withheld at some high rate (it's not 50%, I believe it's 25% federal + whatever your state levies), but at the end of the year it is factored into your overall income and actually
taxed at whatever your actual tax rate is. Thus for most people they won't see the full amount of the bonus until they get their refund for that tax year, but you will see the right amount of money in the end.
