That's 44% of your salary due to bonuses... So your take-home before normal taxes is really only around ~$125k. Granted, Endeavor still comes out on top, but just something to consider.

It's true that when bonuses are paid they are taxed at a higher rate than your normal pay. But at the end of the year it is taxed at your normal income tax rate, so if you paid more than your normal tax rate, you will get the difference in your refund. So it is all apples to apples making the numbers here accurate.
