Billings is pretty bad, ****** in LA that we were in a few years ago has to be the worst by far. From the prostitutes on the corner, bull horn guy, being spit on by protesters, unchanged linens, constantly losing power and having to carry your bags up 12 flights of stairs, and the very dirty rooms (the hotel did not carry any form of sanitizer), I cant think of a more horrible hotel.
