I've emailed twice, but haven't heard back. I think they should get to it the week prior- but I thought it was odd I didn't even get a "we got your request, standby"... just nothing. I hate being kept in suspense, for fear of getting lost in the sea of hundreds of new hires. If you don't hear by the thursday prior (like the logistics email says), I'd call the number listed.
