No thanks, when we have a similar contract and profit sharing as the other two big carriers I'll be interested. Don't forget we are still far in last place versus United & Delta. Enter in the coolaide drinkers to tell us that we should have a good attitude and be happy to be here... In other words saying that it's okay to be in last place.
Delta or United compensation packages are never going to happen here. Make the best of the situation by making what you can while you can and don't look back. Like it or not, you're an independent contractor like any non Union employee out in the world. If you REALLY look around at your peers, that's how they operate too even if they don't admit it.
