I think the biggest problem at Atlas now is that too many in mgmt have not come to terms with the reality of the pilot shortage. It will be MUCH worse going forward the next 5+ years. Atlas wants to expand, but it's not possible if there are no pilots and airplanes are sitting empty on the ramps. I hope that Atlas does not shrink...
