Deployements are not an issue. The abuse is with the mil leave guys who take three weeks of leave each month to go to their unit and never have the time to actually fly for Delta. They were hired because Delta needs them.......not so they can get a seniority number until Delta pay tops military pay. I'm amazed at some of the things new hires tell me about the mil leave they take every month.
