I'd say that's a start and much different than spirit talks. We they say sustainable to us the mean cheap not industry leading. When they say competitive they mean more money for the airline not competitive pilot compensation.
Delta negotiations have a mediator coming in next week. Why again aren't we filing for mediation?
Also it sounds like they are looking for another 3 year agreement which I think is smart. Why are we negotiating 5 year deals that turn into eight or ten?
