Air Wis would be better off negotiating a Sunset Letter of Agreement to the contract with the pilot group. That way folks who want to stick around could make a few more $$ and the company could count on some staffing till the last flight. The cloak and dagger of waiting to tell the pilots of the lack of a future is just pure disingenuous of the management.
