Serious question to this pilot group, when is enough enough? I'm not exactly sure what I mean by that, but more of a rhetorical question. Does anybody see a tipping point in the near future as to when people get ****ed off enough with this crap? (Specifically the blatant seniority violations, PBS "globalization", bare minimum staffing, and forced lines of 90+ hours every month)
The more interesting question is what can we do about it? I am not defending SAPA here but they often seem to have zero leverage. They can make all the proposals they want but if the company says no - it is no.
So we better make sure we use what leverage we have. If they want to open up repo flights for non 121 guys. Maybe it is worth considering if we get something else. I am more worried about SAPA being "too nice" and agreeing to something without getting something meaningful in return.
But I don't even know if the pilot group is aligned of what that something else is.
I have never worked for any other shop. But it seems to be far from perfect with pretty much any other regional judging from some of the other posts on here.
