So we better make sure we use what leverage we have. If they want to open up repo flights for non 121 guys. Maybe it is worth considering if we get something else. I am more worried about SAPA being "too nice" and agreeing to something without getting something meaningful in return.
But I don't even know if the pilot group is aligned of what that something else is.
I have never worked for any other shop. But it seems to be far from perfect with pretty much any other regional judging from some of the other posts on here.
Pilot group doesn't care. I fly with guys all the time whose only mission is to get to the overnight and go to sleep. The trending topics on SAPA forums are why the company doesn't clean the shoulder harnesses, why cs uses the word holla, virgin America been sold and service animals. Nobody cares about the stuff that matters. This is truly a 'get in and get out asap' airline just like compass, Mesa and the rest.
