In the same breath ppl will complain about crj staffing levels, that they can't drop or flying too many hours. The reality is until those levels are up the company can't afford two ppl in training (new hire and transition). As can be seen by the last DVR they are working on crj levels. I'm not on the koolaid but I can understand the company not wanting to take a performance hit so you can fly a new jet, if they say you're bypassed and they pay you the difference is that such a kill ? Pairings have always gone up and down in value so that's not a excuse
