Some interesting comments. Shows why they're interested in college grads, GPA matters, 'all I've done is this' hurts you("grew comfortable" by JB). And how age, or high TT, isn't necessarily the positive guys think it is.
DL's civilian new hire TT averaged 7500. So guys with higher time are getting hired. But the industry is not just looking for the highest TT and TPIC.
