But if that wasn't a factor then I'd stick with JB if you have been here a few years. Your career progression here will depend on growth, and at UAL it will depend on retirements. I think the retirement age will change soon, and that will stagnate everything at the legacies.
But that from the point of view from someone who has no plans to leave JB. Go ask some of the guys in the United forum and see what they have to say.
You say above that you'd go if you live in a Ual hub and then say you do, but at the end say you have no plans to leave jb. So which way is it?
