It is frustrating when you see people who haven't updated their apps or even logged into Pilot credentials and are getting interview invites. I know two people personally who applied last year and did nothing else and one has a class date and the other interviewed a few days ago. They know nothing about Southwest, its just the first airline to call them. While I (and many others) have been updating regularly and attending job fairs etc and its crickets.
I have been to two of the hiring seminars and it is emphasized that if you don't at least log on every month the system ignores you thinking you aren't actively seeking a job. So what is the deal?
