Your argument about having to have been in a regional to enjoy your job, understand your job or how management acts is as irrelevant as mine.
I came here knowing full well what was in the contract, what I would be paid and what quality of life factors were inherent in accepting a position at Spirit. I knew full well a contract could remain amendable for years, I made the decision and will be an adult about it. My happiness and enjoyment I derive from this job is NOT contingent on when we get a new contract.
I am 100% positive no one from Spirit management FORCED any pilot to accept a seat in class as a newhire, we came here willingly. And I don't remember signing any piece of paper that forces me or anyone else to stay.
Thank you for your service.
Did you know that you'd earn an extra 50% by becoming an instructor too, or is that something that just seemed right after you got here?
