First, that wasn't your original argument. You said it wasn't legal. Yes it is, stating your opinion and saying it won't happen doesn't make it illegal. Second, you have no fricken clue what would happen in the event of a merger or buyout. So whether it's a codeshare or whipsaw from keeping the pilot groups separate we need language that prevents that's. Management could pin is against another group. Are you honestly going to say you trust what Bendo says and does today and hope it stays that way? There is no law that protects us from keeping pilot groups separate, period.
