After AA hires Flowthroughs, then Military Pilots, then those who can check the right boxes, it doesn't leave a whole lot of new hire spots for you. United is well on their way with to filling most of their new hire positions with Commutair, ExpressJet and military pilots as well. Good luck fighting over what's left.
