Glad the union is gonna hold firm. However I suspect very few niceties from the company in return. Expect more NOIs. Forget them honoring requests for training dates and or relief line requests. Just hope long term morale doesn't turn combative. I like working here just, Don't want to see it become a militant place to work. Don't wanna see Jeff Carlson type of tone from management.
