I don't think it will be too bad of a commute. I have friends that have 3 leg commutes. That would suck!! If they have that many flights in and out it shouldn't be that bad. The real consideration is how many are ASA flights because you can reserve jumpseats and get priority even over more senior guys. I am a commuter and have had trouble once. That was because a flight was cancelled. My prob is that there aren't enough flight into my itty bitty airport. So if one flight is canceled I sit around for 5 hours waiting on the next. It shouldn't be that bad. Plus I remember getting an email saying that ASA was starting back into BDL. Not sure if you live in Boston itself but they are starting that at some point.
As far as ASA...I a like it. Just do a search in the forums and everything has eben written before. Nothing has changed.. They are starting contract negotiations again at the end of the month and we'll see where that puts us.
