With a limited supply of pilots and much better paying jobs elsewhere, we seem to be setting ourselves up for failure. But, I'm just a dumb pilot; me push buttons, me no understand bigger picture.
Hopefully this will be the reason we get a contract sooner rather than later. Other than a strike, which is unlikely, this can be the only motivating factor for management to agree to a decent contract. If they are unable to grow and even have to sub service/cancel flights due to lack of pilots that may make the investors and board of directors force Maury to settle a contract. This is Allegiant pilots best chance at getting a good contract, let's hope they take advantage of it!
