A good friend of mine is the first guy hired in 07. He is number #827 on the list not updated for the last flow group, I just looked. So after these 20 flows just left, a few CA resignations I know of this month senior to him and the next group of 10 flows scheduled for the next class. He will be in the #700's within 2 weeks.

Last guy to flow this week was #292

Not everyone senior to #292 is leaving either, about 5%-7% above that number aren't flowing due to age or whatever reason. Plus other Captains in that group still going to other airlines every month. I see the resignation codes. Over a year period, those CA resignation numbers add up to a full class or two. With only flowing 10/mo for the next 3 months, then back to 30/mo, and briefly down to 25/mo until our 40th 175 delivery. Including a few senior mind changers after the 824 group. 07 hires would start to flow sometime around September to November of next year. Puts their time to flow at about 11 years, not too bad considering what happened over the last decade with the economy and age 65.
