Of course, by FY09, there will be something else going on, and then the powers that be will come to some sudden realization that they cut too deep and will implement a stop loss... Just the Cynic in me.
I figure I'm also one of those guys with the CRAP luck for timing, so since I am due to retire in 09, I'll be told that I can't. Just mark my words. :P
