I left UA for AA for domicile and for seniority. The avg age of new hires at LAA are much older than anyone else because of the contractual flows. Most of those that flow had been around a long time and on avg most are 48+. I don't have the hard and fast numbers to prove it but it is true. I am 38 and was the youngest in my LUS class by 4 years.
I ran a rough hack at the numbers and when I retire at age 65 I should be between 150-200 if everything stayed how it is. At United I would have been 765ish.

I was hired two years prior to you and will retire years after you (as long as my medical holds) and will be around 250 IIRC. I don't think your numbers are accurate.
US had a ton of young guys hired in the 2012-2014 time frame before AA took over all the hiring in late 2014.
