First of all, why are you so quick to lump me in with the "sales team"?
Neither of you post 100% factual information. They are biased towards positive and you towards the negative. You each push back because you, along with everyone else, see the biases in each other's posts. The cycle continues with each side continuing to cry about who threw the first punch.
