There have been a number of occasions where I have agreed with such comments, including those from eagelfly. As fate would have it, I believe one of those things was exactly what you just mentioned; That envoy has a steep hill to climb, which I might point out, is not earth shattering. Each regional airline has their own tactics going into the next few years, and they all require new hires.
