I think it might be a month to month thing, but any flows concurrent with LT's would be better then none. Of course, any Envoy flows would also mean other WO flows as well.
You forgot to include IF the US economy collapses, IF the U.S.A. turns communist and IF a meteor destroys the earth. Like it or not, good things are happing at envoy, despite your best efforts. I would guess, that at this point in your life, you are getting use to not measuring up to your goals.
