The bottom line is, to tie the 190 to the Bus--especially at 90%, is ridiculous.
100 seats vs 162, or up to 200 with the 321 isn't even close.
It's nothing personal against the 190 or the guys who fly it......it's basic economics and math.
Feel free to make it emotional for you though, as you've obviously done based on your post..
The 190 guys fly an average of 4 legs with 100 pax each vs the bus guys flying 162-200 pax for an average of 1-2 legs. At least twice the take offs and landings with the same number of total pax for the day, or potentially more, on the 190. I've never heard a good reason why pay scales don't reflect that. Just out of curiosity, what would be the downside at JetBlue of having only one pay scale for all aircraft?
