I guess you consider going from zero 121 time to a line holding captain in 3 years taking it in the rear. I tend to think of it as better overall QOL, pay and career progression but hey what do I know. Ask our 3 years CA if they will trade their place with an Endeavor pilot.
I wouldn't trade where I am for anything. Most FOs at other regionals are still on reserve and I am in the top 50% of captains in two years time at PSA. (PSA still treats us like ****, but I'll take the 70k over 40-45ish. Bide my time till I'm out of here, however that happens.
