All I am asking you is why go into negotiations already saying we are willing to "decouple" the 190. Seems like you are giving up stuff before we start. We can also sell back pto at 1.5% should we give that up as well because others don't do it that way? All of our cbas will be built on this and if you leave one plane behind it will stay that way. I would feel the same if I was flying the bus, you could always go for "industry leading" and come fly the 190
And that's my point....you can hold the Bus CA but choose not to for QOL reasons and that's great. But to give a lower raise to the bus for the purpose of keeping the 190 coupled to it makes no sense.
I find it interesting our own Union put out a product that shows our 190 at/near the top of the pay scale for its class.....sounds like a little pilot expectation management going on to me.
