Those "too many retirements" have been "coming up" since before I started flight school. The only thing that actually HAS happened was 9/11 and age 65, so forgive me if rosy forecasts at legacies don't impress me. Those same guys who "can figure out new paperwork" won't hesitate to flush out the bottom quarter of the list at the nearest economic hiccup. They've done it before.

That being said, anyone who doesn't want to be here (for whatever reason) should probably leave just because life is a little short to be where you don't want to be. This especially applies to those senior to me.
