If we’re guessing, I’ll say mid 2019 at the earliest if at all. The happiest rumor going around right now is our CEO M.G. retiring this June. All G4 pilots pray for this day as much as they do a call from UAL. So long as M.G. is here there will be no contract.
On the upside, rapid expansion that has precipitated all of these one year upgrades is coming to a halt. No more new bases and status quo; of misery at the bottom that is.
