Small point of clarification. G4 pilots do not have a contract. Way back when, we had a written agreement called the Allegiant work rules. These work rules as pathetic as they were, was all there was. Signed with signatures of Allegiant management and handshakes all around. Their word turned out to be as worthless as the paper it was written on. Thanks to millions of dollars spent on FH union busting attorneys, who blew them out of the water.

Now like everything else is subject to the whims and fancy of g4 management. If you work for Allegiant, you do so ‘at will’. One day a policy, the next not. So, something to ponder when any of these g4 management people are running their lips.

You make a good point though, if you come here don't expect a contract from this management.
