It's reactions like this that make me sick. Listen. The argument that there are 90-95% white males taking the jobs is because...well...there's more of them there honkies. The point is, and what a lot of people are sick of, is the fact that put a woman or a minority with equal to (or a lot of the time less than) the quals of the white guy sitting next to them in the interview...the PC version of the two groups is going to get hired.
We all know there are less women/minority pilots. Doesn't take away they get the preference. Seen it with my own eyes. I have no reason to make this $hit up!
