Yes, and no. Co-Domiciles, the call out time for reserve is the same for co-terminals, no difference. Short call is 2.5 hrs to show, or 3.5 to push. Long call is 12 hrs notice. If you drive, there are allowances for unplanned traffic problems. Prudent commuter policy in the FOM for those who commute.

EWR base is also responsible for LGA, & JFK, but we don't fly out of JFK any more. No customer interest there...
I don't think this is correct. Co-terminals have a "get there when you can" time limit, in other words none while the main Domicile uses the figures you quoted.
