Nor will there be a contract for years. Allegiant management’s strategy to wait out this hiring boom, is to give lip service to the carrot that's just in front of your nose. Hopefully giving pause to new five digit employees and prospective new hires. Management begrudgingly acknowledges a needed increase in pay; using the ‘we got a pot of money to give you’, we just don't want any work rules. Middle management from the chiefs on down are feeding everyone with veiled generalities of a ‘contract is right around the corner’. They're lying to you.
