Sorry for talking about an option that is very REAL. I think it would be un wise to make a decision before considering all the information. That is why I mentioned a possible outcome of the merger. This is the career field we both joined and we knew what we were getting into.
I agree with you. Both groups need to tackle issues that are concerning, so when this merger happens we make it so profittable they would regret dismantling the company. I also think these issues need to be addresses prior to the merger. Fly safe
