Yes, seniority is everything, but only if you make it on property. Don't take an interview too soon if you have any doubt of not being ready. A one month delay is much better than 6-12 months if you are lucky enough to be invited back.
True. However, as soon as someone hits "submit" on their app, they should've already been studying and prepping for the interview.
