For folks applying at the various Alaska-based 135 companies: be patient, polite, and persistent when following up on your application. That being said, none of the companies have dedicated recruiters, and the person who reviews your resume will also have dozens of other responsibilities which may make it hard to get back to you in a timely manner.

So don't get antsy if you don't get a response as quickly as you might like. Eventually, your resume will get read and dispositioned, and you should get a response.
