The one thing I was curious about was the latest cost (to the employee) for health insurance for full family coverage. I have heard that it can run as high as $500-600 per month.Since regional airlines don't pay that well to begin with, this cost can significantly affect a prospective employees decision making process. To that end can anyone chime in with their monthly health insurance costs, single or family, general coverage provisions such as co pay and airline? Thanks.
