My monthly at Endeavor is 120 for the HRA single. I can't find the family price but I think it was around 400 if I remember right. The other plan has lower deductibles, but costs more per month. I remember several people saying they would change their family over cause it was better and cheaper than their current plan. I also remember some saying they'd keep their spouse's or personal health insurance cause it was better or cheaper. It all is very situation and company specific as to whats better and how much it costs, but I think it's fair here.
